- A MEDITER!!! et valable également pour les Brevets Francais…Those of you with your Master 3000gt and who have not yet got
your first command must continue to be patient. Everyone now has their “Class 4” but not everyone yet has a proven track record
and sufficient experience. Keep hard at-it, keep your noses clean and you will be rewarded in the end.(Joe Russel) Merci Joe.

- Philippe Escousse said that there might be up to 4000 people with a licence (Master 3000gt) so there are more of them than there are jobs. If you have a licence that does not mean you can get a job. John Morris said that was simply a matter of market conditions.
Philippe continued that we are back to the same position as 10 years ago.

- The PYA had its usual stand at the Monaco Yacht Show, again kindly donated by the organisers, IIR Mediterranée in Monaco.

We shared our stand area with GEPY/ECPY and RAMOGE….
